From: Ankit Upadhyay, Pivotal Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: SFDC TECHNICAL BSA Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Visa: NO CPT, H1 Client Domain: Software Design Note: Need Technically strong candidate with LinkedIn Need Genuine 2-3 Full Time US Citizen or GC Employee References that have LinkedIn Responsibilities; *Coordinate and interface with the CRM Team and Product Owners to understand and document solutions for their requirements in the form of User Stories. *Help focus on writing user stories, do configuration as admin and is technical enough to work with integration team to build custom integration with Outreach platform. *Experience creating custom integration including an understanding of Outreach.io platform, understand capability, API to document and design integration between SF and Outreach. Perfect Candidate was part of a CPQ implementation the last project. *Need to technical enough to understand APIs that is provided by this tool in order to successfully integrate with Salesforce via MuleSoft. * Primary focus for this position is to do an integration with the Outreach package: https://www.outreach.io/platform So theyd need strong technical skills, not just documentation/user story writing. *Maintain Integration after done it is complete and expand to other work. *Experience doing custom integration. *Perform SFDC administration tasks such as new field creation, validation rules, etc. *Potential managed package installation & configuration *Support testing of enhancements, new SFDC releases, and interfaces as needed. *Support Business Process Training for SFA and Customer Service business processes as required. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Minimum 4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com System Administration Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum development environment using Sprints to deliver minimum viable products (MVP) Strong Business Process improvement skills; process mapping, problem identification, application of best practices and standards Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver complex concepts through abstract models and presentations to allow others to identify benefits.
