The ideal candidate will have experience and be able to work with SQR, People Tools, Integration Broker, App Engine, Component Interface, BI Publisher and PS Query. Please see attached job description for full list of required skills. Description Looking for an experienced Quality Assurance professional with at least 7 - 9 years of experience on PeopleSoft HCM. This person must have strong functional knowledge of the PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, and Time and Labor modules as well as knowledge of US and Canada payroll taxes SKILLS : Practitioner of software quality assurance discipline and techniques. Solid understanding of how to properly test interfaces. Functional knowledge of HR, Payroll and Time and Labor. You should know the business process behind these modules and understand the full end-to-end process flow from Time & Labor through Payroll. You must be able to process time and create payroll. In depth understanding of US and Canada payroll taxes including experience assessing and testing vendor delivered tax patches. Strong verbal and written communication skills. You will interact directly with business stakeholders. Solid knowledge of SQL is required. Ability to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans. Ability to execute test cases and scripts and review results. Ability to learn Kellys customizations and understand their role in Salaried Payroll and HRIS Ability to work independently and multi-task many issues at once. Must be able to comprehend requirements quickly. Must have a high level of integrity and a strong desire to work within a team environment. Ability to work with developers to understand requirements and solutions. Ability to identify, document and log defects in Quality Center and/or Azure DevOps Test Plans Ability to and estimate progress toward completion of a task. Desirable qualifications and experience: Technical : Candidate must have experience in PeopleSoft PeopleSoft HR and Perm Payroll application development including Core HR, North America Payroll, Benefits Admin, T&L, Projects, FO Staffing, application pages, queries, customizations, Bolt-ons, Employee & Manager self-service, regulatory & taxes changes, Peopletools and PUMs upgrades. Candidate must have experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1+ Candidate must have experience with People Tools 8.54 or above Candidate must have experience with Oracle 11.0+ or above and can create tables, queries, and stored procs Candidate must have experience in designing, development, unit testing & debugging various PeopleSoft objects which comprise PeopleSoft Integration broker, such as Service Operations, Application Packages, PeopleCode, and Component Interfaces Candidate must have experience with Application Engine Candidate must be able to work with SQR, Peopletools, Integration Broker, App Engine, Component Interface, BI Publisher, PS Query Keywords: business intelligence |
