RPA Specialist/Architect

Candidate Rate: $80/hr on C2C

Skills required:
Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience in working with multiple projects simultaneously is a must
Experience in working with offshore onsite model is required for this role.
RPA development experience of 6+ years and strong knowledge of Azure framework and cloud integration methodologies. Experience in multiple implementations of projects.

Scope Of Work
The primary responsibilities of the Technical Lead consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Act as a liaison between offshore team and onsite team members in cloud migration and RPA development projects
Suggest best tools and approach for Cloud and RPA developments.
Work with EA to obtain the approval for the application tools and approach identified for the cloud and RPA projects
Assesses process needs for RPA, Cloud delivering innovative automations, automation analysis, solution design, and automation development and deployment.
Work closely with SME. Process Owners, Business Analysts on processes to be automated.
Maintain detailed working knowledge of various business processes and applications/systems to provide technical and operational assistance.
Designs RPA and Cloud solutions in accordance with RPA COE and Enterprise Architecture standard design principles and framework established for cloud practices.
Effectively collaborate and coordinate between IT, business areas and other entities to ensure consistent levels of detail in the application solution and process models (cloud and RPA).
Understand As-is and future state business processes, help analyze gaps, and provide recommended solutions.
Work with other team members to document current, and develop future, business process maps, utilizing BPM methods/tools that effectively communicate processes and improvement opportunities.
Make sure team follows he cloud practices established and agreed with ITS.
Monitor, assess, create, publish, and maintain documentation for any requested changes by the business unit as well as notify every stake holders involved
Collaborates on creation of test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases. Supports operational teams during UAT and rollout phases.
Provide report on the progress of the object development to IFC project manager periodically.
