[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Senior Applications DBA (711027) Location: Raleigh NC Duration: 12 Months Client: NC FAST SKILLS Demonstrable skills in designing schema, access patterns, locking strategy, SQL development, and tuning Oracle Databases in an enterprise environment Modifying the database structure, creation and update to existing database objects per application needs Experience in configuring, monitoring, and Cache management for Oracle database servers Strong experience in allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database system Experience in supporting and implementing Oracle Golden Gate Must have experience in implementing and supporting Oracle on AWS including RDS Experience authoring code in SQL, PL/SQL on Unix/Linux Proficiency in one or more shell scripting languages Hands-on experience enrolling users and maintaining system security, Controlling user access to the database, Locking down host access Monitoring performance metrics, response times, and request rates Designing and implementing backup/restore service and disaster recovery (DR) solutions on AWS cloud Experience with installing, upgrading, and patching the software that powers the database (Oracle) Strong experience in data archiving solution for large oracle database Experience with data masking/de-identification of production data for non-production usage.
