Job Title: Network Engineer Location : Overland Park, KS(Initially Remote) Duration: 12 Months Contract Client: TCS Rate: $55/Hr. on C2C Job description: 6+ years of professional experience as Akamai Engineer Must have experience working with CDN (Content Delivery Network) & Imperva. Good understanding about Networks Bash programming knowledge. Experience with web servers. Basic knowledge with Apache and Tomcat. Basic Java and Python programming Analyzing all applications support queues, identify, and escalate as appropriate end users issues that need to be prioritized. Implementation and configuration of the Akamai enterprise application across all necessary systems. Configuration of all necessary reports, dashboard, and searches required by teams. Creation and examination of support documentation for the installation, configuration, and administration processes. Knowledge transfer installation, configuration, and administration of the Akamai application. Building and maintaining a support knowledge library to document issues and resolutions for our internal customers Working closely with engineering and operations team to schedule maintenance and feature releases of our applications.
