From: Sampath Goud, Metasys Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Cyber Compliance Management Analyst Location: Rochester, NY (Hybrid) Duration: 12 months contract (with possible extension) As an Analyst in Cyber Compliance Management, you will play a crucial role in establishing, administering, and monitoring departmental standards, procedures, and performance to ensure compliance with NERC CIP, FERC, and DHS regulations. Working closely with Subject Matter Experts and management, you will provide specialized technical expertise and support for compliance program development and tracking. Responsibilities: Assist in data gathering, administrative functions, and reporting related to the Security Program. Analyze and revise compliance program infrastructure, including policies and procedures for NERC CIP Standards and the Security Program. Evaluate proposed designs for regulatory compliance. Lead audit preparations for external audits and conduct regular internal compliance audits. Investigate potential noncompliance issues and prepare postmortem event reports. Maintain and update operational policy and procedure documentation. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts for policy and procedure reviews and updates. Conduct annual document management reviews to demonstrate compliance with standards. Coordinate and track changes to standards throughout the compliance management life cycle. Deliver high-quality and accurate work within established deadlines. Qualifications: Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR Associate degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. At least 4 years of experience in a compliance management role. Strong understanding and analysis of FERC/NERC/NPCC regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently, exercise judgment, and make decisions. Thrive under tight deadlines and changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills for resolving compliance issues. Experience in developing and implementing new or revised programs. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient with PC skills and programs. Experience with audits and reviewing evidence for compliance preferred. Conducting root cause analyses preferred.
