| Role: IT Project Manager Duration: 12+ Months: Contract Work Location: Davis, CA - Primarily Remote with the expectation that the contractor be on-site to attend any in-person meetings and support activities for assigned projects as needed. Contractor is responsible for any travel expenses to be on-site, which will be minimal at this time. Travel time would not be considered work time. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years experience as PRIMARY, LEAD, OR SOLO project manager on large, complex, enterprise-level IT projects through full life cycle and at least 3 years experience managing multiple projects concurrently that included: Developing requirements and specifications Developing and managing project schedules Identifying, tracking, and reporting project risk Managing project communications, including status reporting and stakeholder communications Managing vendor engagement, including communication regarding priorities and expectations Experience as a project manager in a PMO Experience with customizing industry standard PM processes to a variety of project sizes, complexities and criticalities.
