ROLE: Sr. Database Developer LOCATION: New York, NY Remote LOCAL DURATION: 6-12 month(s) VISA: GC/USC Only MOI: Skype Requirements and skills: 5+ years of experience in Oracle database developer with strong RDBMS skills - SQL querying, writing stored procedures, triggers, functions, views, user privileges, object privileges, etc. Strong data analysis and design skills. Has done performance tuning of stored procedures and queries. Knows ETL processes to load large volumes of data at speed, e.g. SQL Loader. 3+ years of experience In Power BI developing front end reports. Has experience in python and Linux environment and knows basic Unix commands. Experience working with team in Agile methodology Work independently and collaborate with teams, motivated and able to deliver end to end solutions. Good communication skill to both technology folks and business partners. Quick learner, adaptable, has the right attitude to work across teams to find and deploy solutions. Committed to timely and quality deliverables. Strong data analysis skills, design, and coding experience in AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) / Utility industry is a plus.
