Identity Manager (IDM) and Identity Governance (IG). Also a testing tool called Validator Identity Manager App Rolling out Identity Governance Validator All part of MY ACCESS Project enterprise wide tool for Identity Access and Governance Microfocus professional services is building out the app for them but delivering code faster than they can test it Immediately looking for strong QA but will be looking for strong Devs for later work Ingesting info from Simplify and Workday discover a new hire and the tool will automatically send out birth right access and send a credential email to the new hire Rolling out to Homesite, AFix, and then Agency Looking for strong experience in identity Manager or Identity Gov space steer clear of other products such as SailPoint Need to hit the ground running as quickly as possible Not looking for support desk , end user focus unless they have developing drivers to connect IQ system out to other databases 3-4+ years of developing in the Net IQ suite OR someone who has done extensive testing someone who thinks through all of the gotchas in the dev cycle testing business requirements Initial 6 months testing, after professional services ends the contract (end of 2023 but will be signing another SOW) will move to more development work Sit, UAT Testing, can teach validator could hit the ground running faster if have experience with Validator If find a bug, look at code, and suggest improvements working to transition some development and knowledge to the amfam team so they are in a good spot when they end Looking for someone with the development experience already that will work with the lead engineer to get the initial test cases defined with Microfocus, work with Workday and Simplify to implement drivers/connectors, etc. Very collaborative with multiple teams Typically find these folks in government, healthcare, and educational sectors based on the Microfocus ability to handle employees that wear different hats Certs are preferred, nice to have may give them a bit more credibility but not a focus What experiences have they had on the job and what type of problems have they solved More of a focus than textbook certs At least 2 years developing with IQ Ident Mgr or Ident Gov Thanks & Regards Sushmita Soni Sr. Technical Recruiter| SoniTalent Corp.
