From: Peter, Visionsoft [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP Success Factors Location : Remote Visa Status : EAD / GC /Citizen Job Summary: The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Data Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the Employee Central module within the SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role involves overseeing employee data integrity, managing data uploads, resolving data discrepancies, and ensuring the overall accuracy and completeness of employee information. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Oversee the management of all employee data within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. This includes new hire data, employee transfers, terminations, promotions, benefits, payroll and other employee lifecycle changes. Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by performing regular audits, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing data quality controls. Data Uploads: Design, Coordinate and execute data uploads into the Employee Central system, ensuring data is correctly formatted, and data integrity is maintained throughout the process. Data Validation and Cleansing: Perform data validation checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of employee data. Identify and correct data discrepancies and errors promptly to maintain data integrity. Work with relevant teams to resolve data-related issues and implement appropriate corrective actions. Data Testing and Quality Assurance: Design and execute test scenarios to validate data accuracy during system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Collaborate with the IT and testing teams to ensure smooth data migration and integration with other HR systems. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights related to employee data, trends, and metrics. Utilize data analytics to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement. System Enhancements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, FI and other stakeholders, to identify system enhancement opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Protect sensitive employee data and maintain confidentiality at all times. Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to HR teams and end-users on data-related inquiries, system functionalities, and best practices. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data-related processes, data models, and standard operating procedures. Troubleshooting: Address and resolve data-related issues and system errors promptly and effectively. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including data management, reporting, and configuration. Strong understanding of HR processes and data elements related to employee master data. Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using tools such as Microsoft Excel or other data analysis software. Excellent attention to detail and a track record of maintaining data accuracy. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
