Must have technical experience with multiple Salesforce projects Must have technical skills about data requirements(mapping), facilitating product backlog, preparing epics/stories Health Care or Health Cloud that is a HUGE plus CSPO a plus: SF Certs a plus Responsibilities: 1. Lead a team of engineers through backlog refinement of user stories, planning and estimation, and ongoing development by thoughtfully balancing customer needs with engineering capacity 2. Maintain a prioritized and refined product backlog that supports the product MVP and roadmap 3. Perform collaborative analysis with the development team to ensure solutions defined match the business need 4. Work independently and apply leading product management skills, tools, practices, and techniques to all deliverables 5. When necessary, work in conjunction with support teams to triage and assess production issues, perform impact analysis, and provide support to the engineering team to bring issues to resolution.
