Position: Splunk ITSI Developer Location: HARTFORD, CT (ONSITE) Duration: Long Term Project Job Role and Responsibilities: Splunk Development: 5+ years (Required) 2+ years of experience in ITSI in a production environment b) Splunk Certified Developer c) Experience in leading Service Delivery with onshore/offshore model. d) Highly experienced in administrating and addressing new request for app monitoring through Splunk e) Team player with good communication skills f) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience Level - 6-8 Years Hands on experience on SPLUNK Administration and design and development of solutions using SPLUNK. Strong understanding of Data Visualization, Reporting, Structured and Unstructured data. Ability to write complex data queries and configure forwarders for heterogeneous data sources. Strong understanding of Data Visualization using SPLUNK. Understanding of following technologies will be a plus: Grafana, Kibana, ELK, MS Power BI, Tableau, Java, Python, R, PHP, Angular JS, MSSQL / MySQL, GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, HTML/CSS, Python, Flask, Redis, Oracle/MySQL database, Angular 2, Bootstarp, Django, IntelliJ / PhyCharm / Eclipse, GIT. Strong technical expertise in platform architecture, development concepts and platforms. Extensive development experience in software architecture, design using multiple contemporary technologies in Integration, PaaS, Cloud native development, Continuous Delivery concepts, APIs and exposure to IT automation technologies. Exposure to AI concepts will be an added advantage. Experience on Scripting languages, Power/python/bash scripts preferred. Experience in working on LINUX based environment along with Windows will also be an added advantage.
