Title : Functional Architect Location : Remote Duration : Contract NEED CANDIDATE WHO WORKED WITH MICROSOFT OR KAISER PERMANANTE in PAST Job Description: Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a functional architect or similar role, designing and delivering complex software systems. A Must have expertise in quick prototyping of complex solutions Strong understanding of software development methodologies, principles, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications. Solid knowledge of functional design techniques, including process modeling, use case modeling, data modeling, and domain-driven design. Experience with software architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Framework) is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise-level applications and integration patterns. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and facilitate discussions to drive consensus. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Experience working in an Agile development environment is preferred. Knowledge of relevant technologies and platforms specific to the industry or domain (e.g., CRM systems, ERP systems, healthcare, finance) is a plus.
