Note: Health Payer experience is must and need at least 2 references. Top 3 Must Have Skills: 5 years software, hardware and/or systems engineering related experience, ideally within a healthcare payer environment. Expert Unix, Unix Scripting, and Tibco skills ITIL V3 highly desired Please note, any candidates presented will need to be prepared to provide references. This is one of the biggest challenges with candidates in that we are required to include completed references with each submittal. The possibility for interview is very high, please provide at least 2 ideally 3 professional references with the submission (i.e., recently contacted with good/working phone numbers and e-mails). Also, please let your candidates know that we need an open line of communication. We cannot properly represent your candidates to our clients if they are not responsive to calls or e-mails.
