Job Duties/Responsibilities
Provide support in managing Identity Management platform.
Provide configuration recommendations for web agents, secure proxies gateways and policy servers with Okta implementation configuration.
Prepare reports and artifacts for internal and external audits.
Identify access discrepancies and remediate the issues.
Manage Certificate Management and EAPM LDAP ID creation
Validate the implementation of single/reduced sign-on (SSO), provisioning identity workflows, access management, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), compliance and auditing technologies, federated identity/federated enterprise system architecture, security infrastructure design, authentication, and authorization technologies, as well as custom-built security and technology frameworks.
Execute test cases, captures actual results and supporting evidence, including recommendations for remediation.
Utilize a comprehensive understanding of corporate initiatives, to ensure compliance with organization goals and timelines.
Develop standardized operating instructions for assessing the upgraded applications.
Demonstrate advanced planning, organization, analytics, and business acumen skills which are necessary to understand and present the business implications of various decisions. Demonstrate excellent delivery and executions skills while also being able to work and operate in an Agile methodology.
Leverage experience or come from a technical background to ensure quality delivery and outcomes while also performing all the traditional architecture functions.
Responsible for the planning, design, enforcement and audit of security policies and procedures which safeguard the integrity of and access to enterprise systems, files, and data elements.
Identification and escalation of environment issues as pertaining ability/inability to function at expected performance level.
* Coordination with other CareFirst groups in providing open communication specific to all environment activities, including testing, upgrades, scheduled down time
Planning for environment expansion or legacy system decommissioning in support of CareFirst growth.
Knowledge in implementing and supporting Application Identity Management (AIM).
Qualification Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, or Management or equivalent work experience required. 8+ years of IT and business experience in strategic process, development, implementation, and updates, preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms. Previous architecture experience in a dynamic high-technology environment is a key to success in this position.
Progressive broad-based information systems testing experience (which could include consulting) with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems is desirable; knowledge and implementation experience in new computing architectures and networked computing structures.
