| From: Ishavdeep Singh, Cloud Think Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Duties: *Design, develop, test, and deploy functional reports and dashboards required to meet business requirements, utilizing Workdays Composite, Matrix, Advanced, Discovery Board and Adaptive Planning tools. *Create complex calculated fields for reports. *Configure custom dashboards and worklets to enable end-user ease of use. *Configure Profile Groups to add reports to UI pages. *Understand role assignments involving reports and dashboards to ensure proper security authorizations as intended. *Leverage Prism Analytics tooling to expand reporting opportunities in Workday to include data not currently tracked in the system and/or solve other tooling gaps in functionality. *Develop strategies and tactics for providing various functional areas with enhanced data analytics and data visualization required for effective decision making. *Maintain knowledge on and promote awareness of changing Workday analytics capabilities associated with new releases and product roadmaps. *Participate in, and contribute to, all phases of Crowes internal Workday implementations, from assessing company data, defining system requirements, designing, and prototyping integration solutions, to configuration and testing within the Workday system. *Mentor, collaborate, and share knowledge, in both written and presentation form, with co-workers. Required Skills: *6+ years relevant Workday or Peoplesoft experience *6+ years experience implementing analytics solutions using Workdays Composite Report, Matrix Report, Advanced Report, Discovery Board and Adaptive Planning tools, Prism experience a plus *5+ years data modeling experience *5+ years experience with SQL querying, SQL programing ability a plus *Experience in the following Workday Programs//Functions: Reporting and Integration, Revenue Management, Finance/PSA, Extend, Customers Contracts and Projects, EIB Conversions *Experience with M&A and Change Management a plus Keywords: user interface Colorado |
