| From: jyothi, ncs [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Visa : Must be US Citizen Job Title: Test Automation Engineer Job Description: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our existing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software through the design and development of automation test frameworks and scripts. Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute automated tests, utilizing your expertise in programming languages and test management skills to achieve comprehensive test coverage and optimize testing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement the best test solutions and ensure the smooth integration of continuous integration and continuous delivery methodologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop automation test frameworks and scripts to perform automated tests on the MES software 2. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of programming languages (JAVA, JavaScript, C#, Python) to develop and debug test automation scripts 3. Employ various test automation frameworks, including data-driven, keyword-driven, and behavior-driven approaches 4. Effectively manage test processes and test coverage to identify and eliminate bottlenecks. 5. Demonstrate strong technical skills to execute the test strategy effectively 6. Lead and mentor junior Test Engineers to foster a collaborative, high-performing testing team 7. Employ your expertise in using Tricentis (Tosca) and other automation test tools to enhance testing efficiency 8. Worked with Solumina Manufacturing Execution System and SQL Databases for data validation and querying 9. Utilize Test Management tools like Tricentis, Zephyr, Jira, etc., to track and report test progress 10. Conduct various types of testing, including Functional, Automation, Manual, End-to-End (E2E), Integration, and Acceptance testing 11. Analyze software requirements to create test acceptance criteria and translate them into test cases and scenarios for automation 12. Work with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket to integrate testing into the development process 13. Familiarity with Agile Methodology (SCRUM, SAFe) to align testing activities with development iterations 14. Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated, and independent style to deliver high-quality work within tight schedules 15. Communicate effectively through excellent verbal and written skills, collaborating with team members at various levels to find solutions 16. Coach and mentor team members on test automation tools and coding practices 17. Possess relevant certifications related to test automation as an added advantage Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in test automation with a track record of developing automation frameworks and scripts Proficiency in programming and scripting languages, such as JAVA, JavaScript, C#, and Python, with the ability to debug code Experience using Tricentis (Tosca) and other automation test tools Familiarity with Solumina Manufacturing Execution System and SQL Databases for data validation Experience with Test Management tools like Tricentis, Zephyr, Jira, etc Extensive knowledge of various types of testing, including Functional, Automation, Manual, E2E, Integration, and Acceptance testing Working knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket) and familiarity with Agile Methodology (SCRUM, SAFe) Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and follows 1st shift working hours (8 AM to 5 PM).
