Role: SAP OTC Consultant (SAP SD with OTC Exp) Location: Raleigh, NC or Foster City, CA Duration: 6+ Months Job Description: ORDER TO CASH (OTC)" Analysing new business requirements and proposing the most suitable solution. Hands on experience on configuration of SAP SD Module for order types, Contract management, Pricing, taxation, Billing, Item categories, as well as Logistics Execution. Configuration knowledge on BRF+, AATP (Advance ATP), Settlement Management. Should have hands-on knowledge working in the Interfaces. Master data migration knowledge of Business partner (Customer/Vendor) Knowledge on business process of Third party, intercompany, Consignment, Returnable packaging, MTO, Free of charge goods, Batch Management. Excellent understanding of the Sales and Distribution business process. Good knowledge of maintaining the Mater data for Customers and sales partners. Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyse and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues. Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls.
