Job Title :- ITSM Consultant With Power BI Experience Job Location :- Remote LinkedIn is Mandatory Job Description :- Job Components Key Responsibilities Support ITSM/ITSS Analytics & Reporting practices operationally Develop and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reports that benchmark and track progress against key operational performance goals and initiatives. Work with management and internal stakeholders to define business requirements and analytical needs and execute against them. Support the development, documentation, and adoption of procedures and work instructions for improved Analytics & Reporting execution. Forge strong relationships for improved collaboration to provide innovative solutions. Assist other IT Service Management teams when necessary to support resource capacity and IT service delivery. Job Duties Follow established procedures to execute day-to-day activities Understand and adhere to specific policies and processes governing area of specialization Collect, clarify, and analyze data and business requirements for new or revised dashboards & reporting. Design and build queries, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools to incorporate data from diverse sources and tools. Support continuous improvement activities Contribute to the development, modification, documentation, and implementation of procedures. Effectively communicate across company and department boundaries at all levels. Other related ITSM duties as assigned Professional Development Support career success and strategic goals through employee development programs designed to advance capabilities and skills for enhanced teammate fulfillment and engagement. Defined behaviors and practices to identify and develop practices aligned with strengths and opportunities. Qualifications : Required Experience/Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience Experience with building tiles/dashboards in PowerBI 2+ years working in a technology discipline Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: 4+ years relevant experience 2+ years experience with PowerBI 1+ years experience with DOMO 2+ years working in a collaborative, team-based environment Familiarity ServiceNow and other ITSM/ITOM data sources Demonstrated commitment to continual learning Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience of using technology to improve efficiency Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools and concepts Demonstrated experience with data query and extraction technologies Competent understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes Experience/understanding of IT best practices and process tools.
