Job Description - Title: Data Center Engineer Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 3-6 months (possibility of direct hire) USC/GC/GC-EAD Job Description. Review, evaluate and improve the design and implementation of structured cable solutions to support network topologies Establish continuous improvements in the design, implementation, deployment and operation of large-scale cloud-based solutions in power-dense air and water cooled environments Handle network, electrical and mechanical operations at data centers focusing on availability, service delivery, and internal customer relationship management Develop and maintain processes and procedures associated with the management and deployment of data center infrastructure including asset management and RMAs Support and expand data center monitoring applications, with a strong focus on CI/CD automation Must to Have: Expertise in critical systems and telecommunications infrastructure Minimum 6 years of experience as a data center operations engineer, specifically working with critical systems and telecommunications infrastructure standards Problem-Solving Skills: You should possess a strong affinity for solving complex problems and can work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, even when faced with tight deadlines Customer Support Orientation: We expect you to have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer support. Your commitment to providing outstanding service will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction. Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Math, Computer Science, or an Engineering discipline is preferred.
