Position: Business Analyst with Medicaid experience (100% Remote) Location: 100% Remote Duration: 12 + Months Job Description: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Requirements: Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain, preferably with exposure to Medicaid or government health programs. Strong understanding of Medicaid policies, regulations, and healthcare processes. Trained in and experience with writing Agile user stories. Proficient in requirements gathering techniques, data analysis, and process modeling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Knowledge of Health Information Technology (HIT) standards and interoperability frameworks is a plus.
