| Role :Big Data Architect Location : Richardson, TX 18+ months Hybrid (3 days/week onsite & 2 days/week remote) at Richardson, TX Skills/Experience needed: 7+ years of experience in data reporting and analytics role using Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Pig, Datameer Relational SQL and NoSQL databases 2+ years of recent experience working as Big Data Architect building and optimizing big data data pipelines, architectures and data sets. Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement. Experience with extracting value from large, disconnected and unstructured datasets. Experience with building processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management. Advanced SQL experience, query authoring (SQL) with Hadoop, PIG, Datameer or other big data tools.
