| Role : Oracle Database Administrator Location: San Antonio(Texas) or Plano (Texas) Please share resume at [email protected] Hands on experience with installing and maintaining the Oracle database software. Upgrading Database from lower version to 19c. Extensive experience with patching RDBMS, GRID, Client homes. Patching experience on ExaCC is preferred. Knowledge of Oracle 11g, 12c and 19c internals and ASM. Exposure to Oracle Multi-tenant architecture. Creating storage database structures with high-level security features. Setting up/managing database user accounts. Extensive experience on backup and recovery scenarios. Experience with RMAN cloning, PDB Cloning etc. Regularly updating the database security protocols. Hands on experience with RAC, Data Guard and multitenant database. Implementing Disaster Recovery site and performing DR exercise using Oracle Dataguard. Experience with Goldengate bi-directional setups and maintenance. Knowledge on Exadata/ExaCC is preferred. Experience with database monitoring and management tools such as Oracle EM Cloud Control. Knowledge and experience with analyzing and interpreting AWR, ASH and ADDM reports. Automation of maintenance tasks using PL/SQL and scripting tools such as shell script.
