You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and effective handling of data, contributing to the success of our sales, marketing, and customer support operations. Your expertise will be essential in streamlining data processes, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing the overall user experience within the Siebel platform. Responsibilities: 1. Data Model Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data models within the Siebel CRM application. 2. Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL): Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to ensure smooth and accurate data flow between various systems and the Siebel CRM database. 3. Data Integration: Integrate data from external sources, third-party applications, and other enterprise systems into the Siebel database, maintaining data consistency and integrity. 4. Performance Optimization: Monitor and fine-tune the Siebel database to enhance system performance, data retrieval, and overall user experience. 5. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Siebel Data Developer or similar role, with a strong background in data management within the Siebel CRM platform. - Proficiency in Siebel Tools, including data model configuration, EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager), and Siebel Analytics. - Solid understanding of ETL concepts and experience with ETL tools. - Familiarity with database management systems, SQL, and PL/SQL programming. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities concurrently.
