For example, if there is slip, trip, fall, spill - it is put into the system.  If there is a quality issue with the product it is entered into Enablon.  If an emission at a plant is out of compliance, it is registered.  You can think of Enablon is the hub of information that enables them to manage risks (risks of all sorts).
