Note This is completely onsite position from Day One Position - Akamai Engineer Location Reston/VA, Overland Park/KS, Bellevue/WA// Onsite Exp. + yrs Contract Ro les & Responsibilities Analyzing all applications support queues, identify, and escalate as appropriate end users issues that need to be prioritized Implementation and configuration of the Akamai enterprise application across all necessary systems. Configuration of all necessary reports, dashboard, and searches required by teams. Creation and examination of support documentation for the installation, configuration, and administration processes. Knowledge transfer installation, configuration, and administration of the Akamai application.
