Candidate is required to pass an FBI fingerprint background check and Child Protective Services Central Registry background check Job Description: Project Scheduler Required Skills and Expertise: Able to monitor project timelines and deadlines across multiple workstreams. Experience developing weekly/ monthly status routines and reporting metrics. Familiarity working with both agile and waterfall methodologies. Expert mastery of MS Project and Agile tools to develop, maintain and control a hybrid schedule across multiple workstreams. Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software. Strong risk and issue management acumen. Proven communication skills, well-organized, and influential leadership skills, with demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment and proficiency with collaboration, including having excellent interpersonal and documentation skills. Project budgeting, resource planning, allocation and capacity planning skills and experience. Is an aggressive problem solver. Business acumen and political savvy Minimum of 3 years working as a project administrator or similar role within a PMO. PMP, CSM certification preferred. PMI- SP will be advantageous.
