Documenting legacy issues and resolution through post mortems documentation androot cause analysis. Joining MIM (Major Incident Management) calls to triage and resolve highpriority incidents related to legacy enrollment applications As needed, coordinating any legacy enrollment application elevations as part ofthe monthly legacy release process. As needed, taking ownership of legacy enhancements prioritized by the productowner and seeing through to resolution. This could potentially involve design,coding, testing, and implementation of code.
