Prior experience as a data conversion member with mid to large scale HR technology projects. Experience working on a cross functional project team. At least three years of related data conversion experience required. At least three years of iCIMS experience required. Essential Functions: Responsible for the iCIMS data conversion process of moving and transforming data out of iCIMS. Perform ad-hoc reporting (writing, running, and reviewing) in iCIMS to identify data status and issues. Leads iCIMS data cleanup, including but not limited to merging\\purging job and candidate profiles Assists in iCIMS data extraction and transformation Assists with other HRIS data projects as assigned Understand iCIMS data and processes by discussing with the legacy system staff/users. Develop migration strategies, understand source data, perform data quality analysis on source data; develop cleansing scripts to remove or replace invalid/bad data based on the output of source data profiling. Prepare data mapping specification documents to map data from iCIMS to Oracle Cloud. Test the migrated data by creating and executing validation and verification scenarios. Execute migration test cycles to test all the migration processes and the migrated data and resolve any issues before the go live cycle. Ensure processes, reviews and tests are performed as per standards. Log, analyze and fix defects using the defect management processes. Provide support to Talent Acquisition team.
