Job Title: Lead/ Senior ServiceNow Developer Client: Harman/Jack Henry (JHA) Location: San Diego, CA, OR Dallas, TX (Onsite Role) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: Responsibilities: Design, Development, & Implement ServiceNow solutions, modules, & applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow solution, application, & integration. Collaboration with cross-functional team Participation in SDLC Documentation and reporting Evaluation and implementation of new technologies & tools to enhance ServiceNow Mentor and lead junior members in the team. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow packages, updates, and trends. Leading the design of the ServiceNow platform to effectively meet the needs.
