Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships based on trust and collaboration. Ability to train and participate in professional development in both project-management and technical dimensions. Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task. Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration. Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies. Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, Ultra Edit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: As a Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant/Lead, you will bring your Workday Analytics and consulting ability to work with various clients on their Workday implementation and post-production enhancements. Lead the design, build, and support testing of Workday reports and Prism use cases. Actively communicate with other team members on cross-functional items.
