Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations of SAPS/4 Hana PLM (Materials, BOM, Change Management, DMS), MM and PS modules Experience working with Engineering and Manufacturing teams in a fast-paced technology company Experience with management of outsourced manufacturing system processes Understands engineering design process, Materials, BOM & other related master data, collaboration with external partners, and project planning & execution, highly integrated project system with procurement, resources planning & budgeting, and milestones-based billing & revenue recognition. SAP certifications helpful Experience with an engineering organization would be a plus Experience with detailed requirements gathering and strong business process design skills. Significant experience with the unit, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, along with post-production support Ability to manage high-pressure situations and build trust with customers and stakeholders Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous issues and tasks Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail Capability to work independently, take the initiative with minimal supervision Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Organized and detailed oriented Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology, preferrable experience in SAP Activate methodology.
