Serve as a debugging expert across platforms and products and teach other Database Engineers about new logs, tools, etc., in order to improve efficiency, service levels and workflows 2. Communicate effectively across EP and Business partners, in order to improve on the ground engagement quality across cross-functional partners 3. Identify potential issues and determine severity, escalating and working with DBE leadership and Release Management to remediate 4.
