This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and designing effective solutions within the PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) module. His/Her expertise in PeopleSoft SCM will play a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization. Minimum Qualifications: Proven experience as a Functional Analyst working with PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. In-depth understanding of supply chain Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchasing, inventory management, accounts payable. Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing PeopleSoft SCM modules to meet business requirements. Proficiency in using PeopleSoft SCM tools, including PeopleSoft Purchasing, Inventory, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines. Knowledge of industry best practices and standards in supply chain management Responsibilities: Supply Chain Procure-to-Pay Process Analysis: Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders and business users to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze supply chain workflows to identify pain points and areas for optimization. Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document functional requirements from business users, including inventory management, purchasing, order fulfillment, vendor management, and logistics processes. PeopleSoft SCM Implementation: Configure, customize, and deploy PeopleSoft SCM modules to align with the organization's supply chain requirements. Ensure that the implemented solutions comply with industry best practices and business standards. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of PeopleSoft SCM functionalities to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies found during testing. User Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support while addressing user inquiries and issues related to supply chain processes and system usage. System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to integrate PeopleSoft SCM with other relevant systems, such as finance and inventory management systems, to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation. Data Management: Oversee supply chain-related data management within PeopleSoft, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain supply chain reports and dashboards using PeopleSoft Query and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
