This list is not exhaustive; nor are all skills required. Technical skills, written and verbal communication, and experiences will be the basis for evaluation of responses to the RFQ. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of relational database design, data processing, and data communications Skills in understanding Oracle databases Skills in data migration technologies Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with Department staff A minimum of (7) years of professional work experience designing and constructing data architectures, data modeling, and database design Experience in the use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Preferred Experience: Ability to write complex queries and develop complex PL/SQL database objects Knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, and data mining Good technical writing skills Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical business users Good understanding of *NIX-style shell scripts and scheduling Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a bachelors degree in one of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems or five years of work experience in information technology, systems analysis, management analysis, or working with large and complex database management systems Keywords: green card procedural language Florida |
