Job Title: PROS Solution Architect Location: Houston, TX (Remote) Roles and responsibilities: 15+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years experience in consultation in Pricing domain. Strong experience in PROS CPQ. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and co-workers Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills Strong analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues. Additionally, working knowledge of core SFDC Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud and Salesforce integration with PROS. Interact with business to understand business requirements around PROS CPQ implementation. Suggest different solutions leveraging out of the box PROS CPQ capabilities. Support business analyst in user story definition / sizing. Develop detailed Technical design and architecture to implement PROS Pricing per client requirements. Lead the integration of PROS Pricing in customers technology ecosystem. Advice customers integration teams on PROS web APIs Develop data exchange modules between PROS CPQ and Salesforce Implement Pricing & Analytics functionalities using PROS Pricing Solution Assist in overcoming functional / technical changes through configuration / customization. Support in defining integration mappings and actual Integration with external applications. Liaison with PROS Product team in overcoming the PROS Pricing product issues Support in solutioning for new projects. Support to provide high level / detailed estimates for the implementation.
