Please share suitable profile Role: Network Automation Engineer Location: San Jose, California(Hybrid) Duration: 1 year MOI: Skype Need 5 years+ technical experience in Telecommunications / Data communications Industry. Responsibilities: - Deliver onsite technical service and support for customers. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and debug systems. - Customer system installation and training. - Promote and educate customers on our support processes and SLAs. - Keep stakeholders informed of actions and progress on technical product issues. - Respond to customer inquiries in person, via telephone, online networks, and email. - Communicate with our product teams regarding bugs and conduct follow-ups to ensure fixes are tested by customers. - Advise management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through customer service and product experiences. - Process and maintain pertinent information within our support CRM systems. Mandatory Skills: - 5 years+ technical experience in Telecommunications / Data communications Industry. - Strong network engineering backgrounds. - Strong Python scripting skills. - Previous Technical Support experience. - Ability to analyze and debug test setups. - General networking knowledge like IP, Ethernet, etc. - Prior experience in router and switch configuration. Nice to Have Skills: - Knowledge in routing and MPLS protocols like BGP, ISIS, OSPF, RSVP, LDP. - Knowledge in access protocols such as PPP, L2TP, DHCP. - Knowledge of VMWare ESXi, vSphere, and Kubernetes. - Tcl and/or Python scripting experience. - Previous telecom/networking test equipment experience (Spirent TestCenter, SmartBits, Adtech, Ixia, Agilent). - Network certifications including CCNA, CCIE, and or JNCIA.
