Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile leader with a Lean-Agile mindset. Helps the team embrace core Agile values and principles (SAFe or Scrum or Kanban.) Bachelors Degree or equivalent engineering skillset, training, or functional work experience 5-10 years professional experience serving as a Scrum Master with dedicate agile teams using scrum & SAFe methodology Proven success working a highly collaborative, matrix environment, with a track record of measurable business impact Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and mentor skills Hands on experience participating in and leading SAFe events, such as sprint planning, release planning, and PI planning Strong working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Certified CSM SAFe preferred Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Aha, VSTS, or similar Experience with Financial systems or Financial controls Keywords: green card trade national Tennessee |
