| From: Sai Charan Kasina, Sanrose Information Services [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Oracle Apex/OBIEE/OCI Developer Location: Louisiana (Day1 onsite) Duration: Long term contract Client: State of LA, Office of Technology Qualifications: Required Experience: * 4+ years of experience managing, validating and testing activities post migration of each environment. *6+ years of experience with any development and management of Oracle database tools, such as Toad or SQL Developer. * 5+ years of experience working on Apex applications. *3+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Middleware, service-oriented architecture (SOA), Oracle Internet Directory (OID) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM). * 6+ years of experience with any development and management of Oracle database tools, such as Toad or SQL Developer. *3+ years of experience working with PL/SQL. *5+ years of experience working on OBIEE applications. *3+ years of experience working with WebLogic, Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Fusion Middleware, service-oriented architecture (SOA), Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager. *5+ years of experience with any development and management of Oracle database tools, such as Toad or SQL Developer. *3+ years of experience working with PL/SQL Preferred Experience: * 2+ years of experience on migrating on-premises applications and databases to OCI. *4+ years of experience identifying dependencies in current on-premises environment and architecting equivalent solutions in OCI. * 3+ years of experience on optimizing cloud environment. * 3+ years of experience setting up security on the cloud environment. * 3+ years of experience setting up environments in OCI such as development, staging and production. *3+ years of experience working on migrating Apex application in versions 4.x and 5.x to version 19 or higher in OCI. * 3+ years of experience working with BI Publisher in APEX applications. * 2+ year of experience in documenting workflows for current and future system architecture. Oracle cloud certification would be a plus. * 2+ years of experience working with (OAC) migration(s). *3+ years of experience working with migrating OBIEE 12c applications to OAC and upgrading it to the latest version. Oracle cloud certification would be a plus. Responsibilities: * Perform, provide and oversee the installation, administration, configuration and support of OCI products. * Coordinate enhancement, modifications or upgrades with OTS developers, Agency users, Agency vendors, business analysts, infrastructure teams, governance groups, and change management teams with a goal of aligning testing and production processes. * Architect application deployment processes and strategies that align with State standards for application monitoring, lifecycle management, failover disaster recovery and security. *Provide expertise with integration with State Enterprise Architecture Services, specific APIs, identity management, document repositories and related services. * Design application-specific failover process and strategies to ensure services align with defined Service Level Agreements. * Identify, respond, research and resolve issues in OCI products, applications, programs, data, or system software in consultation with OTS developers, other OTS employees and/or Agency users. * Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, maintenance and support documentation of OCI systems/applications, mentorship and guidance to State personnel for requested work. * Performs and oversees the migration of current Oracle APEX applications/forms/reports to OCI. * Design, code, perform source code control, configure, compile, test, debug, deploy and modify large and/or complex programs using PL/SQL specific Oracle functions, procedures, packages and etc. for OCI APEX applications. * Identify, respond, research and resolve OCI APEX applications/forms/reports, data, or system software problems in consultation with OTS developers, other OTS employees and/or Agency users. * Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, maintenance and support documentation of OCI APEX applications/forms/reports, mentorship and guidance to State personnel for requested work.
