Your primary responsibility will be to create insightful and actionable reports that empower our stakeholders with valuable insights into contact center performance and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Contact Center Platforms team to understand reporting requirements and data sources. Design, develop, and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards for analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics. Work closely with business analysts and data engineers to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports. Interpret complex data sets and transform them into user-friendly visualizations that effectively communicate trends and insights. Conduct regular reviews of reports to identify areas for improvement and proactively suggest enhancements. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on report development progress. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Tableau reports and data integration. Stay up-to-date with Tableau best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and reporting. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in developing reports and visualizations using Tableau. Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Familiarity with contact center operations and related KPIs is a plus. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Tableau certification is a plus.
