Ability to create and interpret process flow diagrams in support of micro service and API calls Strong understanding of micro services architecture and experience working with micro service-based applications. Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for software development projects. Experience with Azure Cloud services and a solid understanding of Azure offerings related to micro services and web applications. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to elicit requirements and define project scope. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment. Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes. Should-Have: Familiarity with Jira / Confluence or similar project management and collaboration tools. One or more years experience with Microsoft Visio or similar diagramming software One or more years experience with Swagger Hub or similar API development tools Familiarity with Identity and Access Management concepts Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in documenting API specifications. Familiarity with platform implementation in public cloud environments Knowledge of cloud security best practices and experience in addressing security considerations in the design and implementation of micro services and web applications. Knowledge of web application technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React or Angular. Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and leading requirements gathering sessions. Ability to perform impact analysis and identify dependencies between different micro services and components.
