Working with the existing BPM-based applications to fix bugs and / or add enhancements. 3. Offering experienced points of view and ideas to the rest of the team in order to further productivity of the platform. 4. Interacting closely with other developers to ensure non-BPM code is integrated and operating seamlessly. 5. Helping to create structure and rigour around the delivery process for all enhancements, 6. Experience in working in agile methodology SCRUM and KANBAN 7. Effectively communicate / coordinate among different partners to ensure goals of the program are achieved. 8. Ensure overall quality and success of the project vis-a-vis defined objectives. 9. Creating a process for continuous improvement and capturing lesson learnt. 10. Provide ongoing operational and maintenance support for existing systems and applications developed using Elastic Search and Autonomy. 11.
