| From: Digvijay Singh, Spear Staffing [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] INTAKES Application Control / Whitelisting:- important Windows and Linux operating systems Group Policies sys admin( who can do instantly) Call with any questions Title-System Administrator Location-Bridgewater, NJ Duration- 6+ months VISA-Must be citizen or green card Job Description: The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the maintenance and support of equipment connected to the Gas System Operation Centers (GSOC) Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to ensure the safe and reliable flow of gas throughout Client's Natural Gas System. Responsibilities: Analyze, Maintain and improve equipment and devices used by the System Reliability group to enable the accurate and cyber-safe flow of data from our SCADA system out to necessary external departments within Client. This role will also be required to maintain our compliance with cyber security audit and/or scan findings and cybersecurity regulations. Required Skills: Demonstrated experience administering Windows and Linux operating systems. Demonstrated experience designing, building and configuring: Microsoft Active Directory (including DNS and Group Policies) Microsoft SQL Server MySQL Apache Application Control / Whitelisting Bash and Shell scripting. Fundamental knowledge of the installation, management, and support of computer system applications. Understanding of data networks and telemetry. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Must have effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong planning and organizing skills, must be adaptable and be results-oriented Must have and maintain a valid drivers license Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of information security issues, trends and leading practices. Strong working knowledge of Cybersecurity best practices Desirable: Experience in real-time operations systems support. Experience in SCADA systems design and analysis. Experience with cyber security processes, tools, and technologies and extensive knowledge of best practices regarding their implementation in a SCADA environment.
