Linkedin is Must. MUST HAVE: Master Data Domain Manage all operational (data & request management) responsibilities. Key duties include managing processes around master data requests (entry, review and approvals) through workflows in multiple applications including ERPs (SAP primarily & M3), Excel, reporting tools etc. Managing business requests efficiently to ensure that they are implemented timely and according to set data governance standards and processes. Managing Master Data Management Tools including M3 and SAP applications, related enhancements/upgrades and excel databases etc. Managing data projects key to operational duties including periodic data scrubbing (cleansing), enrichment (updates) and audits to ensure data integrity Preparing current Master Data for SAP implementation Managing both internal and external process, tool and data Audits Point of Contact for Business Be the Supplier Master data liaison and point of contact for multiple business departments across the organization Support all business teams (Procurement, Supply/Demand Planners, Finance, Marketing). Addressing expedited (rushed) requests, and troubleshoot issues around data requests Establish and manage relationships, proactively seeking business insight into upcoming activities impacting Master Data and key business decisions. Educate the organization about MDOs mission, data challenges or insights through proactive communication or training Documentation and Roadmap Guide the Master Data SAP implementation around establishing strong documentation for both existing and new processes and operational guides Streamline and automate reporting to support operational efficiencies Build and publish business facing information that promotes data visibility Establish Data roadmap for future initiatives Establish service roadmap for requests Lead, manage and coordinate analysis - including pulling data, analyzing operational or statistical data - to support key strategic priorities for the department Develop compelling materials to communicate results of analysis and key insights internally and externally with business areas and partner departments Governance, Compliance and Adoption to Ensure Data Integrity Execute on all (change) requests from business effectively to ensure that they are implemented according to set data governance standards and processes Lead periodic audits to ensure data integrity Verify all Master Data Management processes around data governance are followed Lead the team and business to resolve or escalate requests that do not comply with the governance set by MDO Build content knowledge around how the business end-users use this foundational data to run the business Process improvement/Projects Project management and coordination skills working with multiple stakeholders across disparate departments and agendas to drive common goals. Establish new processes, routines while maintaining process consistency Ability to contribute (actively provide guidance) in a large-scale program Manage Project activities including business requirements (gathering, documentation), tool build and testing, process build and testing, governance model etc. Who You Are ... You have a Bachelor or MBA Degree with a concentration in Business, Economics, Finance or Computer Science, or an equivalent diploma You have 7-10 years of experience preferably in CPG (preferred), IT or consulting field, with strong process, data, and systems understanding SAP experience required You have prior Data Governance and Administration experience or exposure You have outstanding analytical ability: you must have a data driven approach to solving problems. Requires very strong quantitative skills and a good sense of how to structure problems. You have the ability to orchestrate change You have good knowledge of business process documentation that includes prior experience with documenting Marketing, Supply Chain or Finance workflows, processes and requirements You have project management and coordination skills working with multiple stakeholders across disparate departments You have a strong understanding of productivity suite software (i.e. Microsoft Office) You operate as subject matter expert for merchandise systems and processes You have the ability to understand and apply instructions or suggest alternate proven methods to move projects or requests forward You have the ability to follow established practices, policies and procedures You possess strong communication skills (Excellent written and verbal communication skills) You have the ability to build working relationships with peers You have the ability to adjust with changing work environments, priorities and goals Keywords: information technology New Jersey |
