Where did resource gain experience in Change Management - must be included in The sub Develops and implements change management strategies and plans for the projects within the program to effectively manage the people side of change. This includes conducting impact assessments, identifying stakeholders, and creating communication and training plans to ensure successful adoption and acceptance of changes introduced by the projects. Collaborates with project teams and stakeholders to identify potential risks and resistance to change and develops mitigation strategies to address these challenges proactively. Facilitates change management workshops and sessions to promote understanding and engagement among project teams and affected individuals. Promotes the integration of change management practices into the organization's overall project management methodology. Collaborates with Human Resources and other relevant departments to ensure alignment of change management efforts with HR policies, talent development, and organizational culture. Maintains awareness of industry best practices and trends in change management and continuously seeks opportunities to enhance and improve change management processes within the program. In collaboration with the business manager and Project Managers, the Program Manager will assess and measure performance, project planning and project progress for all of the projects that comprise the program. This position will provide oversight for a portfolio of projects against the committed and expected return stated in the project request and against Delta Dental Project Management Standards and Best Practices. Using approved portfolio and project management methods, the PM leads and directs the Project Managers who work on the projects that comprise the Program Works with the business to create project and program objectives that reflect the executive level vision and charter Oversees the start of individual projects. Monitors projects, produces project/program performance reports, manages program portfolios, assesses projects and program, reports on project and program performance, develops metrics and designs reports for management and executive management use Responsible for communicating the plan and results to Senior Level management. Leads and facilitates meetings Develops plans to manage the projects within the Program. Develops and produces a Program Status Summary Indicator Notifies Senior Level Management when a Program is going to exceed budget and/or time estimates and recommends and implements approved mitigation strategies Advocates for the business, by providing first class service through the expert development of the Program Management discipline; lends subject matter expertise and knowledge management to the project teams and stakeholders; supports and takes pride in the assurance of total customer benefit and satisfaction for the delivery of each of the projects in the Program and the overall Program Champions project financial management, program management, change management Ensures delivery of results Performs miscellaneous duties to successfully promote the success of the Program Job Requirements: BA, or equivalent experience Masters preferred Minimum 7 years related experience Minimum 2 years change management experience Strong organizational/time management and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of personnel and communicate clearly in a professional manner, requiring strong organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills, both oral and written. Possess superior people management and leadership skills Demonstrated analysis and problem solving skills using innovative thinking Must be able to demonstrate ability to effectively identify and manage project risks Expert knowledge of project development life cycle, including the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects. Experience with one or more project development methodologies is a plus.
