Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing loyalty program workflows and propose improvements for efficiency and customer experience enhancement. Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and opportunities to optimize loyalty program performance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication, shared understanding, and alignment on project objectives. Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to validate loyalty program features and functionalities, ensuring they meet business requirements and perform as expected. Compliance and Security: Ensure loyalty program solutions comply with relevant regulations, privacy laws, and security standards. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to loyalty program analysis or customer relationship management. Familiarity with loyalty program concepts, strategies, and industry trends. Proficiency in documenting requirements, use cases, and user stories. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with loyalty program software, CRM systems, or customer data platforms is a plus.
