| From: Dolly Rawat, Tek inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Senior Oracle EPM Lead 12 MONTHS REMOTE 100% ( Linkdin Must ) Working time zone: EST Work hours: 8-5 M-F Typically, we would look for someone who has experience with the following: - Leading business requirements workshops - Developing requirements and design/configuration documents - Leading application development o Setup of dimensions o Configuring data integration with ERP and other source systems ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning o Building forms and reports (both out of the box and custom) o Configuring business rules (both out of the box and custom) o Configuring security o Setting up workflow - Leading testing strategy, test plan, and test script development - Leading training and building training documentation A senior EPM lead should have exposure to most of these areas, and then there will be some application specific skills they will call out e.g. if they specialize in Planning they will mention key modules. What You'll Do: Lead Financial Consolidation Close and Account Reconciliation projects. Lead Financial Planning solutions which includes Annual Financial Planning and Reporting solutions. Lead all discovery/solution-design discussions. Provide guidelines to develop the team as well as work on configuration setup as needed. Lead testing efforts and assist with client support. Lead client training initiatives. Assist in driving test scenarios for projects. What You Bring: Oracle EPM stands for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EPM implementation Experience with least 2 full cycle implementations on Oracle Cloud Applications as Module Lead Proven track record of success in identifying and addressing client needs and developing EPM solutions that solve complex business problems Demonstrated ability to provide subject matter expertise in core Oracle Cloud EPM modules including experience in: o FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services o ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Services o Narrative Reporting o Bank Reconciliation and Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting o Good knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, providing subject matter guidance, system integration testing, training and production deployment Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people Able to effectively collaborate with Customers, PMO, Onsite & Offshore team Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude 4-year Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) Able to travel per project and organizational needs.
