Minimum Qualifications: 8 years of professional experience working in information technology operations, support, or a related field. Experience working within or leading an operations team supporting an enterprise environment spanning multiple sites. Experience in the administration of enterprise applications, services, networks, and operating systems; enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system configuration management tools, operations management and system performance monitoring tools, directories, virtualization, application delivery, and endpoint management. Experience with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in maintaining a Windows infrastructure including Windows Server and Windows Workstation operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory Windows powershell, and Windows group policy management. Experience with enterprise network administration, wireless services and core network services (DHCP, DNS) Experience managing Microsoft M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. Preferred Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in computer science, information systems, computer engineering or a related field. Experience managing WSUS, MDT, IIS, and Microsoft SQL Administration Experience designing, implementing, and managing a virtual machine infrastructure environment. Experience designing, implementing, and managing performance monitoring platforms. Experience with identity management, managing identity providers, and enabling SSO and provisioning of accounts. Advanced experience designing, implementing and managing VMware technologies, including vSphere/ESX, VMware View, vCenter, and Site Recovery Manager Advanced experience troubleshooting ESX issues related to storage, network, and performance issues Advanced experience designing, implementing, and managing an Exchange Online email system and mail flow integrating with third-party service providers. Advanced experience designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft O365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform. Advanced experience with shell scripting: Windows PowerShell integrated scripting environment or similar. Advanced experience with enterprise network administration, wireless, and core network services including DHCP, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP.
