Motion WMS Developer on our team youll play a part ensuring were building a state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System that can handle our growing warehouse operations. Need someone who can manage supporting the warehouse in Mesa, AZ onsite. This resource will act as a primary support person for the warehouse and coordinate with other offsite and offshore resources Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Act as the Support Analyst for the Highjump WMS warehouse 2. Support day-to-day operations 3. Manage and maintain the Warehouse Management System supporting offsite and offshore resources 4. Participate in the root cause analysis of the support issues 5. Troubleshoot and debug system errors 6. Work integration efforts with the company's ERP system 7. Document business processes, working alongside operations leadership and line personnel to understand workflows and analyze paths for improvement 8. Assist users with support desk tickets 9. Provide training to employees on systems functionality Skills & Qualifications 1. Experience with WMS implementations, especially Korber/Highjump 2. Knowledge of inventory control/allocation; pick, pack, and ship methodology; and other general warehousing processes 3. Good communication skills, able to support non-technical personnel 4. Experience with Oracle is a plus, not required 5. SQL database integration experience is preferred 6. Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities 7.
