They should be able to properly execute their abilities to handle multiple and simultaneous activities and priorities while providing strategic architectural designs and solutions and executing application development, enhancements, or support for system issues. Demonstrate the ability to interpret business partners' goals and effectively translate technology solutions into appropriate recommendations that exceed the needs of business partners.
